The core platform is the same across all three markets. Local teams in each country ensure the terminology, legal warranty periods, and market practices reflected in the platform match local expectations.
Every customer has a dedicated customer success contact. For day-to-day questions, our support team and help centre are available during business hours.
Book a demo and we'll walk you through the platform for your specific use case. Get in touch to discuss what a pilot project could look like for you.
Your data remains yours. It can be exported on request, and Rucoria Business Solutions customers can retain historical data on the platform beyond a project's completion for benchmarking.
Access is role-based. Homebuyers see only their own unit and case data. Project teams and sub-contractors see only what is relevant to their role and project, controlled by your admin.
Rucoria is built with data protection at its core. Customer and homebuyer data is stored within the EU/EEA, and processing practices are designed to meet applicable data protection requirements. A data processing agreement is available on request.
Rucoria is a residential construction platform that manages the full homebuyer journey, from unit sales, through home customization, inspection and handover, to warranty handling, on one connected platform for developers, general contractors and homebuyers.
Yes, real-time status is visible in their portal at all times, reducing status-check calls and emails to your team.
Warranty periods vary by market and contract type. Rucoria can track key deadlines (e.g. 1-year and 5-year inspections in Norway) so nothing is missed as cases age.
When a claim arrives, the warranty team already has the full picture: signed handover documentation, defects logged and resolved at inspection, and every selection made in Home Customization. If something was inspected and resolved at handover, the system sees it instantly. If a defect was noted but not resolved, it's already an open case in the system, no re-entry, no lost context.
Yes. For issues affecting several units, send updates across the project in one action instead of messaging each homebuyer separately. Blog-style announcements let you reach all homebuyers in a project with broader communications, while individual case communication stays tied to the specific claim.
Incoming claims are automatically categorised by Rucoria, reducing manual triage and helping your team focus. Part of Rucoria Business Solutions.
A permanent portal for homebuyers with technical and as-built documentation, including manuals.
Yes. Assign each case to the appropriate contractor, with a deadline and an internal note. They get full context, photos, and handover docs in one place.
Yes. You can set up standard replies to speed up communication with homebuyers in the Warranty module.
Homebuyers submit claims through the portal with photos and a description, then follow the status in real time. Your team receives everything in a structured inbox, delegates to contractors, and tracks resolution. The full history is available at all times.
Standard retention is included in your licence; extended, portfolio-wide retention is available via Rucoria Business Solutions.
Yes, multiple team members can work in parallel on different units or areas of the same handover, with changes syncing across devices once online.
Cases carry forward into Warranty, automatically, with no re-entry. Resolved items are closed out at handover and don't clutter the warranty workflow. The signed handover protocol is sent to the homebuyer, so they have their own copy, while admins retain access to the full protocol and history in Rucoria. This matters practically: if the unit is later resold, the new owner doesn't inherit the old inspection history, but your team keeps the complete record for reference, documentation, and future warranty context.
All parties sign digitally on-site, on any device. A complete handover documentation package is generated automatically and distributed to everyone involved, including the homebuyer, who gets permanent access to the full protocol, meter readings, and handover details.
It replaces paper punch lists, clipboards, and spreadsheets with a digital process that covers every stage, pre-inspections, handovers, and follow-ups. Log defects on any device, assign tasks to subcontractors with deadlines, generate signed protocols on-site, and track progress across every unit in real time.
Yes. Rucoria has developed an offline app for handovers. The app works on all devices (iOS and Android, tablets and phones), ensuring you can conduct handovers even in areas without internet connectivity, such as garages and other tricky underground common areas. Data syncs automatically when you're back online.
Yes. You can add your own branding through the company profile settings.
Cases that remain open at handover automatically carry into the Warranty module as open cases. Nothing is lost, and no manual re-entry is needed.
Yes. Checklists and protocol templates can be imported from existing projects or from your project template using the import function. This keeps your processes consistent across projects and saves significant setup time.
Talk to your customer success contact, this depends on your project's configured deadline rules; some admins allow reopening a selection manually, others lock it firmly at sign-off.
Yes, running totals and individual item pricing are visible throughout the selection process, so there are no surprises at sign-off.
As admin you configure deadlines dynamically. Homebuyers submit and sign selections before the deadline. Once a deadline passes, the option period closes and any unsigned selections are locked. If needed, admins can still confirm the options or open the menu for certain homebuyers after the deadline has passed. You are in full control. Always.
Yes. Project structure, documents, and other relevant data are being transferred to the other Rucoria products.
In Rucoria, you can create your own product catalog and reuse it in other projects. You can also involve subcontractors so they can add their own products directly to the catalog, saving you setup time for each new project.
Buyers can submit their requests directly in the portal. The team reviews, sends offers, and tracks fulfillment. Every step is logged with a complete audit trail.
Yes. Both subcontractors and other partners can be invited into the project with direct access to their assigned tasks. They present products, communicate, and manage their tasks within Rucoria.
Homebuyers get a clean, self-service portal to browse upgrade options, submit change requests, and communicate with the project team. Every choice and custom change is logged with a full audit trail.
Your team manages change requests and task delegation in one structured workflow. Homebuyers submit requests in a portal. Every step is logged, so nothing falls through the cracks.
Your team can create a web-shop for your homebuyers to streamline the sampling process, and reduce mistakes, and therefore increase the overall customer satisfaction.

Yes. Each project has its own configuration and unit list, and can be managed from the same Rucoria account.
When a prospect becomes a homebuyer, their unit and contact data carry forward automatically into Home Customization, Inspection & Handover, and Warranty Handling. The same login, the same portal, the same data thread, from first inquiry to warranty claim five years later.
A new project can be configured and live on your website within hours. Setup requires no development resources on your side, just the images you would like to use and a simple embed code that works on any website platform. Configurations and catalogs from previous projects can be reused, making each new launch faster than the last.
Contact details, unit reference, and timestamp for every inquiry and interest registration. Leads can be followed up on in Rucoria or sent to your CRM.

An interactive apartment finder that you embed on your project website. Prospects explore units visually, filter by their criteria, view floor plans, and register interest, all in real time.

The subcontractor experience is deliberately simple, they see only their assigned tasks with clear deadlines, no separate login process or training session is typically needed.
By giving every party on the project, your team, the developer, subcontractors, and homebuyers, one shared platform for customization, inspections, handover, and warranty. Fewer email chains, fewer lost tasks, and real-time visibility into where every unit stands. Bottlenecks and overdue tasks are flagged by the responsible party, so you can act on them before they affect delivery.

Rucoria is a web-based application and therefore not available offline. In Rucoria, we realized that handovers often happen at construction sites with limited internet connectivity, therefore we developed an app with offline support to ensure you are always getting your job done.
Go through a pre-defined checklist, log defects from a phone or tablet, with photos, descriptions, and floor plan markers. Assign tasks to subcontractors with deadlines. Generate complete handover documentation and collect signatures when ready.
It streamlines communication, tasks, and documentation across the customization, handover, homeowner handbook creation, and warranty handling of residential construction projects. Fewer errors, better visibility, and projects delivered on time and on budget.
Talk to your customer success contact, Rucoria is built primarily around residential ownership journeys; rental use cases are assessed individually.
Because every customization choice, inspection note, and handover sign-off is documented and timestamped in one place, disputes over what was agreed are far easier to resolve, the evidence already exists.

Yes. The homebuyer portal is easy to tailor to your visual identity, upload your logo, set your colors, and customize backgrounds, buttons, and notifications. Every engagement starts with a conversation about your specific needs. Together, we define the scope, timeline and pricing before any work begins. There are no hidden costs or open-ended retainers unless that is the solution you need.
Yes. Data migration is one of our core consulting services. We work alongside your team to move data from legacy systems into Rucoria using automated scripts, API-based transfers or a combination of both. The scope and timeline depend on the volume and structure of your data, which we assess during the initial planning phase.
Yes. The right approach depends on your situation. Some organisations want to connect Rucoria to their ERP, CRM or project management tools, while others do not need any integrations. For the workflows Rucoria covers, home customisation, inspections, handovers, and warranty, yes. Project teams that have moved to Rucoria consistently report that they no longer manage or track warranty claims in spreadsheets, schedule inspections by email, or shared folders.
That said, Excel does not disappear entirely, it changes roles. Many teams use Excel for importing data into Rucoria at project setup, and for exporting data out for financial modelling or reporting. The difference is that Excel becomes a tool you use alongside Rucoria, not the system you run your process in. The communication, documentation and tracking that used to live in spreadsheets and email threads now live in the platform, where they are traceable, accessible to everyone involved, and available when you need them.
