Some updates make one thing better. This one makes everything better.
What we're launching now isn't a new feature. It's a new engine. We've torn out the foundation of the Change Management module and rebuilt it, with a room-based structure, style packages, smarter admin tools, and an entirely new platform underneath. All to make project setup easier, options management smoother, and the homebuyer experience more intuitive.
Why we did this
Our existing solution has served both us and our customers well for many years. At the same time, technology and customer expectations continue to evolve rapidly. We don’t just want to keep pace with these changes — we want to stay ahead of them. That’s why we’ve chosen to build a new foundation that gives us the freedom to create even better experiences and embrace new opportunities in the years to come.
What's new
You can now link options directly to rooms rather than units. Set up a room with its options once, then apply it to any unit — when you add a room to a unit, all its options follow automatically. This also makes it easier to replicate a similar setup across future projects.
This is not a requirement. You can continue to work the way you do today, or adopt the room-based approach when it suits you — the choice is yours.
Style packages
Brand new functionality that lets you build style packages with pre-defined products and pricing rules.
Homebuyers choose a style and get a coherent look across rooms — a more guided and intuitive selection process.

Better admin tools
Improved tooling for setup, administration and day-to-day operations. Smarter logic, better structure, and an interface that gets the job done faster. You'll also notice visual updates to the admin interface — a cleaner, more modern look that makes it easier to navigate and find what you need.

Everything you have today — plus more
Nothing is taken away. Every feature, every workflow and every setup you rely on today continues to work exactly as before. The new room-based structure, style packages and improved tooling are there when you're ready to use them.
Your active projects are safe
If you have projects running in the Change Management module today, they will continue to work exactly as before after the upgrade. No disruptions, no lost data, no need to reconfigure anything. You can explore the new functionality at your own pace, your ongoing projects won't be affected.
A new homebuyer view, coming soon
A fully redesigned homebuyer experience is on its way. A modernised design with clearer navigation, cost summaries per room and per deadline, a new product display, and a more intuitive selection flow. When it's ready, you'll be able to choose if and when to activate it for your projects — completely on your own terms.
We'll share more details as we get closer to release.
A new technical platform
Under the hood, everything is new. Better error handling, more scalable architecture, and a foundation that allows us to ship new features faster and more reliably going forward.
What comes next
Change Management rebuilt is the starting point, not the finish line
In the weeks and months ahead, we'll continue improving the new homebuyer view based on real user feedback. Then comes the 3D configurator — already built into the new foundation, and ready to roll out as an add-on for projects that want it. After that: showrooms and display apartments, where prospects can explore options without logging in.
We're proud of what we're launching on 24 June. We're even more excited about what comes after.
