The biggest upgrade we’ve ever made to Change Management
For years, our Change Management module has helped residential developers manage options, upgrades, buyer communication, and change requests throughout the construction process. As projects have grown larger and more complex, we reached a point where incremental improvements were no longer enough. Instead of continuing to build on the existing foundation, we rebuilt the module from the ground up. The new architecture gives us far greater flexibility and creates the foundation for much faster product development in the years ahead.
The first release introduces several major improvements, including:
- Room-based setup – Configure products and change options once per room and reuse them across units, even before every unit has been finalised. This significantly reduces administration on larger projects.
- Improved Style Packages – Create curated design concepts with predefined products and pricing rules, giving homebuyers a simpler and more guided selection process.
- Smarter administration – A redesigned, card-based administration interface makes it easier to manage large product catalogues, with drag-and-drop organisation, improved overview, and fewer clicks.
The new technical platform also lays the groundwork for what’s coming next, including an entirely new homebuyer experience and 3D configuration capabilities already under development.

Nearly 40% growth in a challenging market
The residential construction market remains challenging across Northern Europe, making growth harder than ever. That’s why we’re especially proud that Rucoria increased revenue by nearly 40% during 2025, reaching close to NOK 20 million. The growth comes from highly loyal customers, more customers expanding their use of the platform, and continued new customer wins across our markets. New: The Rucoria Sales Module
Over the past year, we’ve seen a clear trend among our customers. They want fewer disconnected systems and a more seamless sales process. That’s why we launched the Rucoria Sales Module. The solution combines CRM, Flatfinder, and automatically generated project websites in one platform. From the first lead to move-in—and throughout the warranty period—everything can happen in a single connected workflow.
Project websites can be created in minutes without agency involvement or long implementation projects. The solution is modular, integrates with existing websites when needed, and gives customers complete ownership and control of their own data. Several customers are already using the new module. Rubus became Rucoria
In April, we officially changed our company name from Rubus to Rucoria. While the name has changed, our mission remains exactly the same. As we’ve expanded across Norway, Sweden, and Germany, we wanted a brand that works equally well in every market while better reflecting the company we’ve become. Our website will also receive a complete refresh later this summer.
NOK 21 million to accelerate growth
This spring, Rucoria secured NOK 21 million in new funding. The investment allows us to accelerate product development, continue expanding internationally, and invest even more heavily in building the platform our customers rely on every day. Read more HERE
Looking ahead
We’re already well underway with the next phase of development. During the second half of the year, we’ll introduce smarter notifications, improved access management, simpler project setup, AI-powered improvements, and continue building the next generation of the Rucoria platform. Our ambition remains the same as always: to build software that makes everyday work simpler for project teams while creating a better experience for every homebuyer.
