Two Bergen-based companies deepen their collaboration – with full focus on the customer journey
BOB Eiendomsutvikling and Rucoria have signed a long-term framework agreement, covering full use of the Rucoria platform and all its key modules – including selections, inspections, handover, O&M documentation, and claims management. The collaboration now expands to include Rucoria’ analytics module as well.
BOB has already used Rucoria across several projects over recent years, and has seen firsthand how the platform streamlines processes, improves collaboration, and enhances the buyer experience. This new agreement marks a step forward.
“BOB has been early in adopting our full platform. They’re an ambitious and quality-focused developer who works systematically to improve the customer experience,“ says Guy Montuelle, CEO at Rucoria.
The agreement also includes the use of the analytics module, offering real-time project insights and cross-project benchmarking to support continuous improvement.
“Rucoria gives us an end-to-end solution for the entire customer journey – from selections to aftercare. The analytics module is especially valuable, helping us identify concrete areas for improvement across our portfolio,” says Terje Grønlund, Project Manager at BOB.
The agreement marks another milestone in BOB’s ongoing digital transformation and further strengthens Rucoria’ position as a leading customer journey platform in the Norwegian housing market.
